USC Passport Photos

The company that I am using to assist in preparing the K1 stated in their list of things I would need 4 passport photos....I can find nothing but their list saying this. Can anyone think of a reason I would need 4??? Does it vary for Colombia possibly?

The USC does not need to send passport size photos when doing the K-1. I don't know why they told you that...

Hmmm, that is incorrect. The USC does need to attach one passport size photo. Not sure why they're asking for 4.

From the Guides...

From the USCIS instructions...

B. Give USCIS a passport-style color photograph of yourself and a passport-style color photograph of your fiancé(e), with both photos taken within 30 days of the date of filing this petition. The photos must have a white background, be glossy, un-retouched and not mounted. The dimension of the full frontal facial image of you and your fiancé(e) in separate photos should be about one inch from your chin to the top of your hair. Using a pencil or felt pen, lightly print the name (and Alien Registration Number, if known) on the back of each photograph.

No not correct, US Citizen provides one, and foreign citizen provides one, later for interview foreign citizen will need a few more, as well as later for adjustment of status.

Ok ok ok, got it! LOL!

The point is you don't need FOUR of them as the USC.

Only reason i can think they would say you need 4 is 1 for he application 1 for the medical and 2 for the interview - but at this point you would only need to send 1
