Above poverty line, do we still have to enclose assets proof?

Hi all

This is a quick question, hubby's annual income is 125 % above poverty line. He's goin to file I-864 for me, does he need to enclose the asset proof as well?

Yes, no proof of assets but you may simply leave all asset portions blank. If you fill them in, then back up your numbers with evidence.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
