thanks to all for their opinions (sp?) I am not at all offended by any of the comments. Its absolutely true that I was extremely nervous, it was my first experience on being interviewed. I also don't feel bad for not knowing his mom's first name since I call her "nanay" which is common. I think the interviewer understood that Im not living in the same continent as his family and I knew the rest of his sister's, brothers, neices, nephews, and cousins name..she didn't ask for those so Im sure she wasnt too set back by the parents name.

Im more worried about the Dr. Arnold comments but as you have all noted, its a matter of time before I find out the outcome.

Thanks as always

The CO makes mention of using a Dr. you've not seen face to face...well, my experience I didn't see mine either. I paid $50.00 to hand over my vaccination record book from Canada to a receptionist, who filled out the form, stuck it in front of a Dr. to get his signature, and then return it to me. All this is about is a money grab as far as I'm concerned, because I had a Dr. in Canada sign the form saying I was up to date on all my vaccinations before I even came here, as outlined in the medical report that was turned over to the BO when I arrived here. I would suggest that half the Civil Surgeons here who fill out the form, didn't give the person their vaccination anyway!

Good luck to you debby1 in hearing a positive reply to your interview! (F)

I can certainly agree with this. After making numerous calls to CS's in my area, all were adamant that a complete medical be done and all had outlandish prices .

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
