NicoleX08, how was your infopass appointment yesterday ???

My case file has gone MIA. I went to Cincinnati and they told me that California has my file and California tells me that Cincinnati has my file. So no one knows where it is an no one cares to find out. I called my Senator's office yesterday after I left the Cincinnati office and she is getting right on top of the situation. I got a letter in the mail today from her office which is a carbon copy of what she sent immigration. HEHE I was pleased by that. I am not sure what is going to happen, but I know that I have to BREATHE....

You don't have to submit anything to VFS except Rs.365 courier fee and get receipt. However, carry all your files during VFS visit.

She's fine, getting nervous day by day before interview, by seeing couple of 221(g) at Chennai :devil: I told her it is case by case, not to worry :star: Yes, next month at this date, she'll be coming from there, if visa is granted without any hassles :star:

ya ur right!! im sure i will be nervous too.. but ok ya i remmebr now we have to pay the fee my husband had told me.. we wil be caryin all docs .. i already sent him stuff with my mom, like extra marriage certificates we had, pics of us togehter, pics of us together with family, i will be takin phone card receipts, my travel boarding pases i had saved, he has our hotel tickets, tour tickets etc so we r all set to go ..

i already sent him a copy of what i sent nvc, like ds230, aos, and also copy of 130 packet
