Hey everyone!

Ok...Soo I'm very happy to say that I'm super duper excited about sending in our 129f petition and getting our NOA1!! Yahoo!! Yeah...It's amazing how all this stuff can be soooo darn nerve wracking!

Okay, so Now we are awaiting our NOA2 but I'm wanting to make sure that we have everything else in order. I dont need to apply for a I130? or work visa?

Or do I need to fill out and send something else in order to be able to get a job in the US??

HELP! :)

Cindy

Step by step guides. Read the one for AOS. That's what you'll need after you arrive and are married.
