I have read something about moving during the AOS process here, but of course now I can't find it!

Please help me with this: My husband and I will be moving sometime next month, but within the state of WI.

So I need to send the AR-11 Alien change of address form to the appropriate address, and what else do I need to do? Do I have to inform my local office? If so, is there a form I need to use?

Thanks, any advice would be appreciated!

Carla

The Alien fills out AR11 and the Sponsor fills out Form I-865.

You have to send Form I-865 Sponsor's Notice of Change of Address, Form AR-11 Alien's Change of Address Card, and send a letter to your local office.

When you have a case pending with USCIS, you should also call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283.
