Hi bani, you MUST call NVC (063) 334-0700 and talk to a live operator now. Ask the following:

1. Ask & get the assigned case number

2. Ask when they (NVC) generates your AOS & IV Bill Fee's. (If the NVC representative confirms this)

3. You MUST ask & get the Invoice Identification Number (IIN) you cannot pay online w/o the IIN.

Note: You cannot pay online unless NVC generates your AOS &/or IV Bill.

For additional information please read this forum http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...l=lotofpatience and click the provided link courtesy of lotofpatience. Everything is there.

To pay online this is the website: https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx

Goodluck!

You can use other envelopes and just put the designated address from the barcoded coversheet because if your going to wait for the NVC's official envelope/s it will take couple of week/s, month or so. (correct me if i am wrong). I just sent the signed (Part I) and unsigned (Part II) DS-230 & pertinent documents to my husband today via DHL and boom! ready to send the AOS & DS-230 Package NOT using the NVC's envelope. I think as long as you write the address correctly, certainly it will reach NVC. :)

How to create cover letter: (I created mine like this:)

Re: Barcoded coversheet, DS-230 Forms Part I & Part II, & supporting documents

Dear Sir / Madam:

Please find the enclosed DS-230 part I & II forms for Immigrant Visa & Alien Registration for the beneficiaries, wife and child and the required documents as follows:

Beneficiary Name:

Date of Birth:

NVC Case No:

1. Coversheet with barcode

2. Forms DS-230 Part I (signed) Part II (unsigned)

3. Original Birth Certificate

4. Original Marriage Certificate

5. Original NBI & Police Clearance (NBI only for Philippines)

6. Photocopy of passport (I photocopy it in colored to make it more presentable)

7. Two 2x2 I.D. picture (please check NVC's standard photo requirements)

I hope you find everything in order.

Sincerely yours,

(Name of Petitioner)

Hope it helps! Goodluck!
