on the affadavit of support I only can provide last yrs tax return due to a house fire but I recently recieved my Social Security Statement listing my income since I began paying taxes. Would this work as well for proof of income along with last yrs W2?

They are a printout of IRS, file for you in a database format. They are actually preferred to the tax returns. Anybody can put anything on a 1040 form but the transcript is evidence of what the IRS has on record.

Hi to all,

I also want to ask about evidence of affidavit of support. Im a self employed and i only have 1099 form and i had ITR for last year and ill request the year 2005 and 06. My question is: Is my paystub,ITR and form 1099 are enough for evidence? Coz i read here,most have W2, employer letter, etc..pls help me what else do i need for evidence of affidavit of support.
