Thank you GOD! The NVC originally set the interview date at 07/29/08 after we called the embassy they was able to give us a earlier date! The interview new date is 06/17/08! We are so happy my wife started the medical already and she is so nervous an happy as well!

7.22.08 - CASE COMPLETED IN 90 DAYS - THANK GOD!!

Embassy

9.29.08-Interview - AP (2 weeks)

10.15.08 - AP over :) Embassy called hubby to go get his Visa - HAPPIEST DAY!!!

10.20.08 - Visa Issued

11.25.08 - POE (JFK then SFO)

11.26.08 - Visa Journey is Over!! TOOK 737 DAYS....Habibi is Home!! :) :)

USA

11.25.08 - POE

12.10.08 - Applied for SS Card

12.15.08 - Welcome Letter Received

12.17.08 - SS Card Received

12.26.08 - Green Card Received :)

Begin Naturalization process 2011 ~ Inshallah

Cool:) May I ask what you did to get your interview at an earlier date? Was your case originally expedited or?

June 14, 2007 Sent I130 to Vermont Service Center via USPS overnight

June 15, 2007 Confirmed on usps.com that VSC has received packet

June 29, 2007 Check cashed by USCIS (hey they opened my packet!)

June 30, 2007 Received NOA1

July 7, 2007 I130 touched

July 9, 2007 I130 touched

July 10, 2007 I130 touched

Aug. 24, 2007 I130 touched

Aug. 26, 2007 I130 touched (stop feeling up my husband's case and get him over here, yala!)

Oct. 1, 2007 On my way to Palestine

Oct. 5, 2007 I130 approved, transferrerd to NVC YAY!!!!

Oct. 16, 2007 Return to US, ranks one of the saddest day of my life:(

Oct. 27, 2007 Agent form/AOS bill received from NVC

Nov 1, 2007 Overnighted AOS payment to NVC

Nov. 29, 2007 Received AOS form from NVC

Dec. 20, 2007 overnighted I864 packet to NVC

what's documents will be brought for interview in US embassy in Budapest?

Case complate : August 27th 2008 , Interview date will on Oct 29th 2008

Package forwarded to Local embassy : Sept 11th 2008

Package received : Sept 15th 2008

Receive interview mail : Sept 30, 2008

Medical check : Oct 1st 2008 passed

Vaccination : Oct 1st 2008 , OK got 2 shots

New Interview date : Oct 21st 2008 VISA APPROVED AND ISSUED

POE at Phoenix : NOV 28th smooth

Receive Welcome letter and SSN : Dec 17th 2008

Green card received : Dec 22th 2008

Congratulations!!! :dance::dance: I would be interested too, in how you were able to get your interview date rescheduled for earlier than the NVC was able to do it?

2008 04 11 : NOA2 (I-130 Approved)

2008 04 21 : NVC received & case# generated

2008 05 12 : I-864 Package entered into system by NVC

2008 05 13 : DS 3032 Accepted (Spouse - Received e-mail confirmation)

2008 05 23 : DS 230 Entered into system by NVC

2008 06 02 : Case Complete

2008 06 12 : Case Forwarded (Embassy - Lima, Peru)

2008 06 20 : Appt Letter received

EMBASSY - LIMA

2008 06 26 : Medical Exam - 9 AM (Picked up results 07/01)

2008 07 03 : Interview - 10 AM (DENIED - RENIEC ENDOREMENT MISSING)

2008 07 07 : Submit RENIEC Endoresed Marriage Cert.

2008 07 10 : Passport & Visa (Pick-up at DHL Facility - Lima)

POE

2008 07 15 : San Francisco (midnight)

2008 08 19 : SSC Received (Had to re-file at SSA Office)

2008 08 04 : I-551 Received

2008 08 26 : Permanent Employment (HR Asst. Int'l Firm)
