ok i got my ds-230 instruction and i went ahead and downloaded the application online, ($400 payed)

now park 1 is that about me the petitioner(im filing for my wife in canada) or my wife the benifitary ( shes in canada)?

in part 1 question # 25 its asking to list the entrys to the US, so im assuming that part 1 is going to be about the benifitary???

and i know part to i leave it blank and mail it together with part 1

but please help with part one whose information goes in part one?, thanks.

that form is all about the intending immigrant In your case it is your wife. She would have to fill out and sign part one and fill out and leave part 2 unsigned, she does that at the consulate.

you can fill it out for her and send it to her to sign, you will have to add your information at the end where it asks if anyone helped fill out the application.

I got my DS-230 yesterday too! :D

I filled out everything, and since I've made way too many trips to the States in the past few years, for question #25, I put multiple visits, and listed the places I visited.

The whole DS-230 is about the beneficiary.

My fiance and I are filling out the DS-230 form, and I have a question on #25. My fiance from Japan has been to the US many times going back to her childhood. There isn't near enough room on the form to fill in her information, so I've made a spreadsheet of all of her visits.

My question is, does it matter what order the visits are listed? Do I need to start with the most current visits and work my way backwards or vice versa? Or does it matter either way?

cheers,

Jonathan

I listed the most recent two visits first, on the third line I typed "SEE ATTACHED SHEET FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" then put all of the additional dates on those sheets. Good luck.
