on abortion i believe the man has to sign, on child support he can give up rights but the woman has to accept the agreement

That's the oldest trick in the book! You need to protect yourself by rolling on two rubbers, plus plastic wrap secured by two thick rubber bands. Also insist that she wear a diaphragm, and pull out.

Otherwise, you're just asking for trouble.
