Forgotten signature on biographical data form

I was in Davao this week, so I gave my fiance a complete packet of what I sent the embassy for the i-129f and everything. I also noticed I forgot to sing my bigraphical data form. Hers were signed when submitted. I actually think I may have signed them after I made the photopies but I am not sure...

So now I am thinking there is a possibility I sent them without my signature. What to do in this situation now?

You'll have to wait and see. They will most likely send you an RFE but perhaps they wont even notice

You did send all four forms for each of you, yes?

THEY WILL PROBABLY SEND YOU AN RFE... Or they may not even notice...

I DID THE SAME THING WHEN I SENT IN MY I-129F....I had forgotten to sign one of the papers on my G325A form.

VCS SENT MY WHOLE petition packet back to me INCLUDING THE ENVELOPE I HAD SENT THE PETITION IN ORIGINALLY and I saw some writing on a few papers which confirmed that the person actually was reading through my whole packet.

AFTER I CRIED MY EYES OUT :crying: "BECAUSE I THOUGHT I DID EVERYTHING SO PERFECT". I just signed the form and put the whole packet in another envelope and on the envelope I wrote " RE-SUBMISSION OF I-129F" AND SENT IT OVERNIGHT DELIEVERY, AND ABOUT TWO WEEKS I GOT THE NOA1!

Also I noticed that on one of the forms I had my father's birthday wrong, I HAD WROTE 7/14/2007 INSTEAD OF HIS CORRECT YEAR OF BIRTH, and who ever was assigned to my case either overlooked it or did not find it significant enough to warrant an RFE...the only RFE requirement was that I sign my name on the G325A.

SO DON'T WORRY.... :star:

They actually have a written policy to accept an otherwise properly filed case even with a missing signature on a G325a but not all adjudicators are aware of the policy. You'll just have to wait and see.

Since you are the petitioner, I am quite certain they will accept the G325a without your signatures since you are signing the cover letter and a letter of intent. At the worst it will cause a 2 week delay - not a big deal. Good Luck
