I'm sorry you've had problems but the correct information is posted in the Guides and Faq's of this website as well as the uscis website. You posted this in the K1 (fiancee visa) forum not the K3/CR-1 spousal forum. Most of us are very well aware of how long the process takes and we're waiting our turn like everyone else.

The vast majority of petitions are approved. Those denied tend to be at consualte level and in higher fraud countries. Denials and RFE's are discussed all the time on these boards.

You must be selective reading........we discuss the pros and cons of this entire process all the time.

I agree. Denials and RFEs and just about anything else is discussed on these boards. Even the uscis.gov site is not up-to-date with information at times!! (ie. fees etc). I think this site is loaded to the teeth. Thanks VJ
