Very true and you are so lucky there is such a short wait.

Do you know if the expedite criteria applies when they are scheduling interviews?

who knows.... If the answer is yes maybe I can get a quick interview after all.

01/08/2009 – SENT AOS PACKAGE

02/03/2009 - CASE COMPLETE

03/26/2009 - CR 1 INTERVIEW

Are you going with the k3 OR CR1??

I'm going CR1 .... K3 would've been about the same time anyway, if they were approving them at Vermont, but they weren't.

CR1 is much cheaper and more practical in the end.

By the way, I've checked the NVC forum and according to other postings on there ... our touches are indeed our files being exited out of USCIS to be transferred to NVC ..... thank God!!!!

Apparently Vermont files take 24-48 hours to arrive and California files take up to a week.

Bye Bye USCIS .... it's been fun .... see you in about 2 years!!! :hehe::hehe:

06/04/2008 : Printed I-864; DS-230 & Barcoded coversheet

06/12/2008 : Sent I-864 & DS-230 Packets to NVC via USPS (overnight)

06/13/2008 : NVC received the Packets

06/16/2008 : NVC entered the I-864 & DS-230 into the system
