NVC ds230 generation

We just called the NVC today and found out that they already generated our ds230..now my question is it ok if we mail our ds230 right away using james shortcut ? we are planning to mail it overnight..thank's for the reply...

My suggestion to you is to wait for the letter because that is going to have the scan-bar-code sheet that you need with your other documents to avoid any further delay.

What barcode sheet? are you talking about the ds230 coversheet or different cover?we got the coversheet...pls reply asap..thank's

Coverletter

ds230 part 1 (signed) and 2 (unsigned)

Marriage cert. orig.

Birth cert. orig.

NBI

Police cert

passport biog. data copy

2x2 photos (2pcs.) with name and case no. at the back

i also have a photocopy of all of this..

am i ready to go? i hope i am cause i don't want to have an rfe...your help will be highly appreciated.. thank's and Godbless us all!!

How did you pay the IV Bill $400 ... mail or online ??

in you payed it online ... i believe you can print the Bar coded sheet ......

the cover sheet (bar coded one is something you have to generate using James Shortcut or Print it from NVC once you pay the fee)

You are going to need Barcoded Sheet, using James` shortcut you can generate the barcode and with the rest of your docs be ready to send, also do you have translations on all those docs?

Thank's for your replies..i got it now..the coversheet is the one with the barcode which i need to do using james shortcut...the coverletter is optional..in my case i didn't send it i just organized the docs. using clips..i don't need a translation im from phil my docs are all in english...thank's again may God bless us all in our journey!!!!

JSC and Online payment coversheets are diffrent than each other.

i know it's two different way...we did not use the online payment system that's why we made a coversheet with barcode we used JS for it..thanks
