I-864 or I-864 EZ

I am going to get all this stuff typed up incase I get an approval when I am out of the country this summer so my family can mail it off...but..which form do I complete??

You use the I854ez if you are going to be the sole sponser and if you are not using any assets or bank statements...just your income alone...if not then you have to use the i864...

It's pretty much in black and white in the instructions for the EZ!

Pages 1-7 of the file are the instructions and a fairly good "guide"

they are actually attached in the form

I just read the description on the website BEFORE I downloaded the form.

so, to read the filing criteria you have to actually download the form.
