Yes, it means they lost your medical and of course, the G325a is required with an AOS submission. Do exactly as they say within the time allowed.

I doubt health insurance would cover it.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

There's really nothing you can do but go pay for it. Sorry to say. Especially since your last one expired (if it didn't you might have been able to just get a copy of the last one in a sealed envelope).

Hope it doesn't stress you out too much. It should cost about $250-$350 for the new I-693.

Make sure they fill out the new form that was published in April this year!

Dang, ViVi and JimJim! The USCIS are certainly not giving you an easy ride! As much as I hate saying it....it looks like you will have to bite the bullet and just pay to have your medical done again. Its crazy that they didn't include all of this in your last RFE....sadly its the way they seem to do things.

Hopefully when you have sent all this back in you will be back on track to a smooth and speedy approved AOS!

Good Luck!

Oh one more question, in my case, is it Dr. L E Arnold can't help me?

I must find one of my local civil surgeon to do the full medical for me?

Or I can still take some required shots (like Td and MMR) at my family doctor or health dept, and then bring the results to the civil surgeon?

Appreciate with any help in advance!! I hope to know this site/forum earlier, the USCIS staff really know nothing, before I filed my AOS, I called them and the lady told me that I don't need to send them old forms(G-325a) which I filed with my K-1 already!!

Bullshit!!! Don't trust them!!! Rather trust all VJ members better!!

You can take the vaccines anywhere and bring them to the doctor (although shouldn't you have had them before you came to the US?). You can let them know you've already been vaccinated or take a blood test so that they can verify you're already immunized for those.
