2 checks or 1 check?

Will be sending AOS for wife and daughter and plan on sending 1 check of 1010 for my wife's I-485 and another check of $600 for my daughter's.

Does you think it matters whether I send two checks or one check for 1610?

I had the same question and from what everyone has said, you should send in 2 sepaerate checks for the wife and daughter but send them in the same packet. So, 2 forms + 2 checks in 1 packet. Good Luck!

Yes yes!! 2 cheques! My retarded lawyer sent in 1 for me and my daughter and we were rejeected! it takes forever for them to send everything back! so absolutely 2 cheques is the way to go!

It's two checks but doesn't the daughter pay the biometrics fee too, making her total $680.?
