Attaching Passport Photos to Applications

Just a regular paperclip or put them in an envelope and clip them to the application?

I put them in a small plastic bag, a sandwich bag to be more exact, labeled the bag and attached it to the form with a paperclip.

I think I read somewhere that the "baggie" is the preferred method

I put them in a small clear sandwich bag and then 2-hole punched them to the back of the forms with the fasteners as suggested on the USCIS website.

They actually suggest to not use paper clips to the photos..

I wrote on a plain piece of paper his name, A# and DOB, cut out the photos and wrote his name, A# and DOB on the back of those, then taped them to the piece of paper.

Those pictures aren't going to be used for any documents (the Biometrics photo will be used), so it's more just for them to put in your file.
