Can anyone who has had their interview at the Washington DC DO please post their experiences. Thanks

Thanks for the link. Another question I had was

1. We live with the parents therefore we don't have a mortgage, lease, etc.

2. Also the cars are under the parents name.

We do have the following:

Joint Bank Account (Her and I)

Joint Bank Account with the Parents

Joint Tax Return

Joint Car Insurance Under Parents Name

Beneficiaries on each others life insurance & 401k

Itineraries from our Joint Trips

Wedding Pictures (US Book with pictures from formal and informal family events, ticket stubs to movies, greeting cards from different occasions, etc)

Receipts from our Honeymoon

Drivers license with same address (She moved from a different state)

Joint health insurance coverage

What else can we provide since we don't have #1 & #2?

Yep. Helio is correct. I think you have enough evidence. I put a detailed review up on the review section. GOod luck with your journey.

Thanks. I read your review. We were planning on being at the DO about an 45 minutes before the scheduled interview. But I read somewhere that they do not allow you to stand in line unless it is 15 minutes before the scheduled interview. Is this true? Reason being too many people crowd the waiting room?

What happens is, you first go through security. Metal detectors, etc. The guy at the end asks if are here for an interview. He will send you to the second floor. There, you will see a person manning the center "desk" and asks you for your NOA. She/he takes it, notes the time of your arrival, and you wait in the room. According to the lawyer, our experience there was good and light. Apprently, it CAN get crowded. But since it's impossibly recalcitrant to even find out when those times are, it's not worth trying to figure it out. I think 45-minutes is perfectly fine. Take note, that your interview could (most likely) be delayed. Ours was for 1:30, we saw the DO almost 30-minutes later.

You can bring your cellphone, just have it off.
