Thanks for the replies.. guys.. Today i called NVC customer service at two different times and asked to get a inovice indetification number, so i can pay my immigrant visa fee bill online.. They told me that "they stopped doing online payment.. as some were having problems.. The trail period is over now.. and cann't do online.. Have to wait for actual bill to come in the mail.. I was so upset.. but anyways..

Is it just me or anybody else having that same issue..

They told me that "they stopped doing online payment.. as some were having problems.. The trail period is over now.. and cann't do online.. Have to wait for actual bill to come in the mail.. I was so upset.. but anyways..

I got my IIN number and paid the IV bill online just now.. Thank you.. Now i have a hope.. that everything will move faster..

Just as an aside - to show everyone how much time the online payment system is saving us ... I GOT MY IV BILL VIA SNAIL MAIL TODAY! LOL

Hi everyone...

A quick question...I know NVC had received our application and we are waiting for them to generate the DS-3032 and AOS bill. Is there any way that we can make the payment before receiving any correspondent from them?

I know...I am being impatient!!!

Get IIN right now. Then sign in DOS's site in the document to make the payment if invoiced. You can email DS-3032 once you hear in NVC's AVR. Step by step doc is on the first page of this thread

Thanks...we called NVC just now and hubby got the IIN number with no problem. No question asked...the only question asked was "What is IIN?" One would assume they should know things like this. But oh wel, got what we wanted. Then we went and paid online and the system say "In-progress". And also I have e-mailed the DS-3032 just now.

They told me the same thing 2 weeks ago, when I wanted to pay my IV bill, they told me it was a trial period ad wait for the forms in the mail.... I waited a day and I was able to pay online, I already had my IIN number.

Don;t mention you want to pay online, just ask for your IIN number.

Incidently, I still have not received my IV fee bill in the mail

Yes Pan. That's for a general petition. That means for a simple case.
