THIS IS MAKING ME CRAZIER!!!!

ANYWAY, I WOULD APPRECIATE SOME HELP. I KNOW THERE'S SOMEONE OUT THERE WHO MAY HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM.

HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY.

We had that problem. I downloaded all the forms from another site that had ITAP (Insert Text Anywhere on Page) versions of them. Same forms, just with the ability to type anywhere on the page and change font sizes. I can't recall what the site was now, though.

By the way, having seen the way my husband writes, I'm very glad we *didn't* go with a pen. I'm sure it would have been rejected. I support Mikeynorys's quest for better PDFs.

THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT BETHANY! MY HAND WRITING ISN'T READABLE. I HAVE WORKED WITH COMPUTERS FOR 30 YEARS NOW. IF YOU REMEMBER THE SITE AT A LATER TIME (BEFORE MAY 19) PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

I WORK FOR THE VA HOSPITAL IN TAMPA FLORIDA AND WAS THINKING ABOUT TRANSFERRING TO ALBEQUERQUE SOMETIME NEXT YEAR.

ANY INFORMATION WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

30 years of typing in all caps?! :o;)

Anyways, I would be interested also in hearing the solution to this problem.

Good luck with the transfer :)

Found it:

http://www.usa-federal-forms.com/

And here's the immigration page for forms that start with I: http://www.usa-federal-forms.com/dhs-uscis-i.html

The ITAOP is what we used (I seem to remember that they didn't have all the FBF format ones up yet) and it did take some getting used to but that's okay. There was something weird about it, like you couldn't save it or couldn't have more than one open at once, or had to download some sort of special reader,... I forget the problem I had with it, but once I got used to working with it, it was pretty easy and all our forms came out really well. (And we flew through the immigration process, 5.5 months through an office that averages 10-12 ... probably a coincidence, but I can tell you I'll be typing the I-751 when it comes to that!)

Don't forget to always check the forms before you start filling them to make sure they're the most recent version or at least still acceptable (the page on uscis.gov for each page will tell you which version is most recent and which old ones are still being accepted).

And yeah, you do know that typing in all caps is considered equivalent to having a conversation by yelling at the top of your lungs, right?
