Anyone out here also planning to bring their "other" dependent to the United States?

A big factor in my relationship was whether Larry would love my dog as much as I do...and he passed with flying colours! "Elvis" is my beloved puggle (pug x beagle) and I am not leaving him behind. His paperwork is just as daunting as the K-1 being that we are moving to Hawaii, which is a rabies-free state and has strict quarantine laws. Check out my profile for a pic of Elvis in his Thai red-bull doggie t-shirt, which he hates wearing! ha ha (L) I'm so mean...

I will be taking my beloved baby girls (3 cats), unfortunately I dont know how they will get along over in Ohio - my beloved David has a male cat and his mum has moved back in with him and she has a toy maltipoo (cross between malteese and poodle) which is the craziest dog ive ever seen , plus when I was there over christmas he got me a papillon puppy (granted we knew the owners who were looking for a good home for her and were selling her for $800 but they gave her to us free as an engagement present as I fell in love with her). The place is gonna be very cramped unfortunately until we get married and buy a bigger place. I am very concerned about my 3 babies travelling all that way and that I wont be able to see them on the flight:( 2 of them (sisters) are around 14 years old so I have been told by continental airlines they will need an extensive health exam for liver and kidney. The little one is about 9 years old so she will be fine. I worry about them so much that I have been trying to insist we get a direct flight to ohio so we dont have to change planes but my david wont do that as he doesnt want to drive back 3 hours after al;ong flight (rolls eyes). I believe there is no quarantine for cats over in the states. I just need to find out which injections they need before they come over. Any ideas anyone?

SEPT 2006:APPLICATION PUT ON HOLD - WE HAD A FALLING OUT.

6 June 2007: Medical @ 2.30pm - need to get anew GP letter and psychiatric evaluation

3 July 2007: APPROVED/Visa arrives
