Payment for AOS

Hi

When applying for AOS (including EAD) do people write out a single check or split the checks into three.

I have written a single check - not sure if they will return it.

We sent 3 seperate cheques

* AOS and biometrics in one

* EAD

* AP

I think I remember reading somewhere that it has to be 3 seperate cheques. Does any one else know 100%?

I'm not sure if it has to be seperate checks but that is what I did as well.

it all goes to Department of Homeland so i'm hoping they will just bank the check and somewhere acknowledge I've paid.

we sent 2 cheques:

aos

Ead&bio together

I guess there's no prob. in sending all the payment in one cheque as long they can in cash it and you wrote exact amount needed for your application!

I think the require a check for each application, like stated

Aos, EAD and if you apply for AP they all get their own check.

We sent two checks one for AOS and EAD

Were were told it had to be separate checks for each application....

you may well get it all returned to you.....

Separate checks are best because all are processed separately; however, one check for AOS, biometrics fee, EAD and AP won't be refused!

I will be applying for AOS and EAD together. Do I need to include payment for biometrics for both AOS and EAD or is one enough? I was planning to write separate checks for AOS and EAD, so I just wanted to know the correct amount to make them out for.
