A) I am going for my wife's I-130, what do you say ?

M) Is that any prescription from the doctor ?

A) No, It is a kind of application that U.S immigration system needs for some kind of visa for spouse, I heard so.

M) OIC, since there are so many applications, I am little confused, sorry.

A) How long it takes for this kind of application's approval ?

M) It depends. 1500 donkeys are trying now to accelarate. But they had mates, so they are useless.

USCIS is going to recruit another 3000 donkeys who have never seen mates and will be kept in individual cells.

I hope that will accelarate the process.

A) Oh, that's cool! Any ball park on approval still ?

M) I would say 9 to 10 months time.

A) Oh my gosh! I already sent I-130. My wife is expecting for a baby.

So, do I need to amend I-130 once the baby is born and before the approval ?

M) You are a bad baby planner.

A) It just happened, not purposefully !

M) Then it is ok.

A) Tell me more about USCIS ?

M) It is a "NO ENTRY" place. Also, we put application inside. It sits there for a while. When it fades out,

somebody takes it and process it. If they are old enough to read fades out letters, RFE will come.

Otherwise, it will spit out with an approval.

A) Is there any retirement age in USCIS ?

M) No, everybody wants to get in here. Because job is safe and smooth. Virtually, everybody can sit idle there

M) No problem, they will increase the fee for their wages

M) Everybody tried that, but USCIS donkeys are rock solid, not moving by their pushes

A) OIC. Can't U.S open another 5 more USCIS ?

M) For what ? To add another donkeys. That won't help out.

A) Then what's the solution ?

M) I told you right. Put them in individual cells, no mate and no food. For each application approved,

give one piece of french fry. After 1000 approvals, give a mate only for one night.

This is an incremental process...
