That horrible date 02/24/2008 under last updated has finally been changed to 04/29/2008. Its not an approval but its "almost" as good. Just nice to see something change on our status even if the message is the same. I thought it was due to Congressman Neugebauer's office calling about my case as I also got a phone call from his office this morning. But the man I spoke with said he had not called to check on the status of my case yet as he was waiting to speak with me before doing so. So *maybe* its because VSC is FINALLY doing something with my paperwork other than using it as door stop. I know I've gone insane cos I actually dreamed I received the NOA2 (very disppointing to wake up from lmao). Well now back to more insane waiting and checking the web constantly.

In all seriousness though, this could really mean your case is being looked at .... fingers crossed for another VSC approval

My official "cut & paste" answer regarding "touching"...

"Touching" is meaningless and no big deal. Some petitions get 'touched" and others never do. It only indicates someone had your petition in their hands and scanned it into on the database. Other than proving your petition is not in the trash, it is nothing to get excited over. What truly counts are NOAs (yeah!) and RFEs (Boo!)
