Thank you all for your kind words and support. My SO will try to contact them today to see what the RFE is about so we can have what they need ready when we get the notice and send it straight back. :)

Im glad atleast they did something to your file rather than waiting for nothing right?

Hi all,

Not sure ....maybe I should be pleased ....but after well over 6 months that CSC has received our file we have just got email for RFE :angry: Not sure what it is for as yet ......will just have to wait for notice :crying:

I sure hope they will say what the RFE is for so you guys can get whatever info they want ready to send back right away. Also wishing you luck that it's a simple one. Seems like most of them are from what I've read on VJ. Good luck!

Well the lady my SO spoke to could not say what the RFE was for...She was very nice but did not have access to that information...But thanks to you all and to my lovely SO I do feel better today...After all it is true ...Someone is really working on our file now (which was actually touched again today).

I am sure that when we send back whatever they want ...it will finally go faster and we will start seeing the light at the end of the tunnel :jest:

Well all it is, is that they want to see my SO passport to prove that he came and visit me twice in the UK........He did send them the passport (which was returned) with the petition and they do have the boarding pass.....Just so relieved that it is so simple........It will be mailed tomorrow :dance:
