question about VJ's CSC immigration timeline

On the right side, it states that petitions with NOA1 date of December 17, 2007 from CSC are currently being processed.

I understand that this statistics is based on the input of VJ members.

Past couple days, there wasn't any NOA2 from CSC.

And only a few December filers got their NOA2 so far.

Then why does it say mid-December filers are being processed?

CSC seems dead, and I'm getting impatient.

11/04/10 I-751 submitted to VSC by express mail.

11/05/10 VSC received the package.

11/08/10 NOA1 date

11/12/10 Check cashed, NOA1 hardcopy received.

12/31/10 Bio letter received. Finally!! Sechduled for 1/25/11.

01/12/11 Early Bio

03/29/11 ROC approved.

As far as I understand it (its a bit fuzzy for me too lol), that timeline is mostly based on averages and historic timelines as well. I think it is a guestimate.

N400 Timeline:

12/14/11 - Sending out N400 package

12/19/11 - Received by USCIS

12/21/11 - NOA date

12/22/11 - Check cashed

12/27/11 - Received NOA

02/06/12 - Received yellow letter (pre-interview case file review)

03/13/12 - Placed in line for interview scheduling (3 yr anniversary)

03/17/12 - Received interview letter

04/17/12 - Interview - No decision, application under further review

04/17/12 - Biometrics

04/25/12 - Placed in line for oath scheduling (so I'm approved yay!)

04/27/12 - Received oath ceremony date

05/09/12 - Oath ceremony!!

We are still very much far from getting the NOA2, but we are anticipating on that slow process. Can't do nothing but wait, wish I had a magic wand :star: . I have seen a few from CSC getting their NOA2 in 3 months, so there's still little hope.

Sending best of luck to all! (L)

hi everyone

I guess CSC is lost these days because as you see no aprovals last couple days and I guess only 5 or 6 last 2 weeks which is unbelieveable not fair at all ...as you see january and february VSC filers already has got their interview date so I guess us goverment should do something about it ...anyways I got 2 touches 04-25-08 and 04-28-08 after 12-27-08 so I am hoping that december filers is going to get NOA2 soon next few days or in may latest ..
