I am so upset with myself right now :angry: !!!!!!!!!

I received the IV fee bill on 4/10 and got the money together to send it out ASAP!!

Well, I have been following the NVC Online Payment topics and I read about some of the glitches and didn't want to take the chance of it not working for us. So, I sent out our IV fee on 4/14 and the darn cashiers check has yet to be cashed :( and I have called the bank everyday this week to see if cashed and as of this morning.......still NO!!! I did call NVC and spoke to a csr and the guy told me to wait btwn 10-15 business days to hear something about it being cashed.

Now, I was reading how many VJr's used the online payment tool and had no issues at all. I could really kick my own a$$ right now. I should have waited a few more days.......but nooooo I just had to get in a huge rush and get it sent out

Just aggravated today......

Quasin and Aisha and Kelzm. What do you guys mean when you say DS3032 emailed to NVC? You mean the DS3032 can be signed by the bene and e-mailed to the NVC directly? They don't look for original?

Trying to get the stuff together

Thanks for all the info

This question has been asked a lot here recently! It doesn't even have to be signed or received at all. As soon as the DS-3032 is generated, the beneficiary can send an email to the NVC describing their intent to nominate their USC spouse as their agent of choice in lieu of mailing in the DS-3032 form. Please see the DS-3032 email template on the wiki. If you follow the template exactly, they should accept it in about a week or so. http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

Well, I've read some posts the other day saying that the online payment system is not working yet or it was not working properly.

I did the exact same thing, mailed my IV fee on 4/14, but I only found out about the online payment when I got home form the post office :P

How's your situation now? Did you get your IIN? You can log into the online system and see if they processed your payment yet. My status was NOT PAID until today, it became PAID (it was never IN PROCESS). But I hear we won't be able to print the coversheet online, will have to use JSC instead. However, the phone system message still hasn't updated, so I don't know if it's OK to mail in the DS-230 yet. Though that doesn't matter to me since my wife just finished gathering the docs in her country and will be mailing them to me on monday.

Update on our IV fee bill ..........

I called the bank today and guess what ?! Our Cashiers Check for our IV fee bill was FINALLY cashed on 4/30/2008.

Honestly, I was freakin out about it cause, I didn't send it certified or anything...I just put a stamp on it and off it was sent. I don't know what the heck I was thinking........but I am so glad to hear that our check was finally cashed.

Now, I can't wait to hear that the DS230 was generated, so that we can get it sent in and hopefully in a few weeks or so, hear that our case is complete........Insha Allaah!!!!!

Well, if you don't get NVC packet of instructions by the time you get the docs from your wife, get the barcode cover sheet from JSC and mail them right away. We've generated barcode cover page from JSC, we've decided not to wait anymore for NVC instructions packet, it's taking too long, my husband got my docs on April 25th and we've paied our IV fee bill a month ago (April 4th, online payment was not working properly by this time) so our documents are sitting there for over a week ready to go just waiting for NVC packet of instructions but if we don't get it by tomorrow we'll be mailing it with JSC.
