Finally, after American Airlines cancelled our previously purchased ticket, we found a flight for Meryll to leave this week. She is to arrive early Thursday morning at O'Hare. Because of visa delays we have not seen each other in person for 400 days.

Our friend informed me that Meryll got on the PAL flight scheduled to leave at 10:30 PM April 23rd Manila time. I am impatiently waiting for her call from the POE airport.

I will leave in about 7 hours to pick her up in Chicago. :dancing::thumbs::dancing:

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony

Rading your timeline. . it was indeed a long wait but when she will be with you tomorrow all your sacrifices will be rewarded. Congratulations!!! Love conquers all. . .even ARs :)

Removal of Conditions :

August 16, 2010 - Petition received by USCIS Vermont Center

August 20, 2010 - NOA1 received

October 4, 2010 - Biometrics

January 3, 2011 - Permanent 10 yr. Green Card Received.

im sure both of you cant hold on to your excitement... finally after 400 days wow... u really both deserve being together after this long over due of waiting... may she arrive safely and may God bless you both!!!

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.
