On the G-325A form, it asks for prior employment. My girlfriend was a student and worked a lot of temp and student jobs. Are these very important, or should she just list her career-related internships and mark the rest of the dates as unemployed?

You say she had various student and temp jobs so to say "unemployed" would be a lie. Never lie on an immigration form or to an immigration official.

She can cover the range of dates she was student by listing the college, student and dates. One line per school. No need to list a high school or before.

It is tedious to have to list everything but it's safest if she does, whatever's been in the past five years, whether temporary or part time or not.

People do seem to get away with just putting the city and state where the employment was, rather than the whole address, if you can't locate the address anymore (but again, the more information you can give, the better).

You'll probably need to attach a separate sheet to the form to list all of her employment. Just label this sheet as referring to that question and give the information they ask for. Have her sign and date the sheet. Don't try to cram everything onto just the force if you don't have space.
