Very, very, very common (RFE). Just gather the info that they ask for and get it back to them ASAP to get you case rolling again.

05/03/2007 NOA2!!! (2 identical emails from CRIS received 20:00:09 -0400 EDT)

05/10/2007 NVC sends to Frankfurt

05/14/2007 Packet 3 sent from Frankfurt

I agree... :thumbs: Whatever they wanted from you (according to the pink letter) just send them back even though you've already sent them in your original application. We received RFE back in Aug and it was for the requirements that were already there. We just sent back another copy of those papers and didn't have any problem again.

Send back the response as soon as possible so they can resume working on your case again.

It seems to me that the OP did not actually get anything BUT the pink letter, meaning no clear indication on what the RFE (request for evidence) is it about?! I don't have mine in front of me now, but I remember that on the pink sheet there were only general things, and the actual request (medical) was shown on a separate piece of paper. I might be wrong though... But otherwise I don't see the meaning of the question "Anybody with thoughts about this?" Maybe that's it...

K-1 petition

February 6th 2007 - K1 petition sent to TSC

February 16th 2007 - cheque cashed

February 22nd 2007 - NOA1 received by mail!

May 16th - received NOA2 hardcopy

May 25th - first set of documents received home in Bucharest (list of documents to present at the interview) - based on fiance's request to open a provisional file

May 30th - packet arrived at the Embassy, Embassy notifies us about it.

June 21st - interview APPROVED!

June 22nd - VISA

August 17th - arriving in USA, through JFK

Sept 8th - wedding :)

Dec. 18th 2007 - NOA for AOS, EAD, AP
