qustion about the AOS

Hi everyone I was reading this about Jenny and my case is similar to Jenny. But my I-94 expires on Apr 27 of this year. I have already filed for my AOS and they received on Apr 13. So I was wondering what will happen if I dont get my approval notice in time before Apr 27. Can someone pls help me with this. Thank You very much

You don't have to worry as long as you got married within 90 days and filed for AOS right away, you are fine!

That is incorrect about implying you HAD to file AOS right away. You HAVE to marry within 90 days. It is recommended you file AOS shortly after. People have waited months, even a year, and been fine. There are just sometimes issues with SSN, DL, getting a job, etc.

Did you get a job with the work authorization on I-94. This is because I have a job interview on the 17th of April and my work authorizaton on I-94 is expiring on the 18th of April, though I have filled for the EAD. I want to know if anybody got a job with that temporary I-94 work authorization.
