YESSSSSSSSS BUT SHE PAYED MONEY ORDER AND THEY SAID LIKE AMONTHS AGO THEY ARE PROCESSING THE CASE

yess she never reciveed anythnig she payer money order and she enver got the noa1 whats gonig on is that happen often

If the money order has been cashed it is that they have received the file. It does take time to process, our file was received on October 15 and we are still waiting (F)

As what you've said they have confirmed that they are processing the case.. so that means, your NOA2 (Notice of Approval) is only one pending.. Don't worry, they didn't lose your case. It is so common that "waiting for approval" quite take some time, it take months. Don't panic. And try to check and look others time line, and so you will know you are not alone waiting for NOA2. :)

N400 Timeline:

12/14/11 - Sending out N400 package

12/19/11 - Received by USCIS

12/21/11 - NOA date

12/22/11 - Check cashed

12/27/11 - Received NOA

02/06/12 - Received yellow letter (pre-interview case file review)

03/13/12 - Placed in line for interview scheduling (3 yr anniversary)

03/17/12 - Received interview letter

04/17/12 - Interview - No decision, application under further review

04/17/12 - Biometrics

04/25/12 - Placed in line for oath scheduling (so I'm approved yay!)

04/27/12 - Received oath ceremony date

05/09/12 - Oath ceremony!!

They sent it to Nebraska (should have been California) and hasn't heard anything since.

They have posted over 12 topics asking the same thing and refuse to use any of the advice that has been given.

I highly suggest the USC fiance to come onto VJ to get the information and move forward.
