the folks, who lived next to us, finally moved out..the house is old and needs major repairs...the landlord came by and we looked it over and decided to buy it on a 2 year loan and then we will tear it down/.////it will not be rented out..sanita and i, don't like neighbors and now we own the whole half of this side of the block.....anyway, sanita already has gotten an idea to fence it in..and i guess i be off this week-end fencing it...........damn,. i still have 4 fences left on our house.

....poor bosco, when i told him the news, he went on a 3 day drunk.,..thankfully, he drinks Stag and it is a cheap drunk...

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

It will be his property though. I'm not up on property/home ownership rules and regs, but unless he's buiding a recreation park for burros, or training camp for Kazakhstan army, what can they say?

I'm picturing a fenced maze around your property Bro Deanster.

If it has any salvageable architectural features, you can get someone to come remove those items before it's burned. Old doors, windows, entire stairways, etc will bring you some good money.

And Platy can always use parts.... lol

Property rights mean very little in some parts of the country (I am in one of them). I am happy to hear that brother dean can really do this without getting ####### from the gubmint
