Global foods is a great international food store. Our biggest and best.

It's on Kirkwood Road. It's a bear to get out of the parking lot sometimes.

There are flags hanging from the ceilings of the aisles showing you the foods of any particular country. It also has a wide variety of the basics like beans, rice, fresh fruits and vegetables, breads, meats, and fish.

It is the ONLY place in St. Louis I can find some of the Jamaican foods I look for.

If you are closer to the south city, Jays International on S. Grand near Tower Grove Park is nice as well. Much smaller, very tightly packed; but with a wide variety of all the international foods and needed basics.

Let me know if I can help with anything else. I might not be back on till tomorrow morning, if you aren't on right now.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

Not that I know off.

I've seen free standing Bosnian, African, Middle Eastern, and Mexican. Otherwise, Global Foods & Jays International.

Good to know.

St. Charles is a pretty long drive from Kirkwood or St. Louis City. If you go that way, watch the highways during peek rush hour times. They get very packed that way.

There are a lot of flags hanging from that ceiling. You better take a big piece of paper!

I hope you find everything you are looking for and lots of fun extras!

I can only add that there is 3 World Markets in St. Louis that sell British items, like candies, chocolates, cookies, crackers etc. Here's a link to the three locations.

One is in Brentwood not far from Whole Foods.

Best of luck!
