There is so much double-edged sword in the US government. We need to be smart and educate ourselves that the US government maybe nice for a some people, and not nice to another.

Educating ones self is the right thing to do & I would say mandatory for those immigrating from other countries. What did you expect to happen here? America is a government for & by the people if you know how it works. Study the Constitution & demand your rights under it if you are a citizen.

We could be living with your Pol Pot types. Were they nice?

Cambodia remains one of the most horrible countries on Earth for the general population.

How many Americans immigrate to Cambodia each year ?

Not many. There's like only 300,000 Cambodians here compared to 200,000 Thailands. The total population in the US is greater than 300 million, so Cambodian make less than 0.02%.

I think it's also very important to be active in the government from the local level all the way up to the federal level. Don't forget what Lincoln said:

...that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth
