Hi all,

I have a co-worker LPR, she wants to apply for citizenship and she needs help about some questions, so pls advice.

She immigrate cause her father is a USC, she has two kids, never married. One of the kid is born in Bolivia(7 y/o) and still there, the other kid is USC born here(2).

On the application N-400 , part 9. says: how many sons/daughters you have had.....(see instructions "which" sons/daughters to include)???? Dont understand that part, she needs to include only the kid from outside US or two of them, even USC? Also, does she needs to apply for the kid that is in Bolivia to immigrate ( maybe I-130 form) or kid will get any other status? Pls help. Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks!

Dani

She has to put all of her kids even the one in Bolivia. Now as for her filing for her child to me thats kind of tricky because your child can say the oath with you but I am not sure if the child would have to be a LPR already. My guess would be to call up 1-800-375-5283 and ask USCIS for any help on this matter.

03/01/2008: Mailed N-400 to NSC :

03/03/2008: N-400 was delivered :

03/12/2008: N-400 was returned :

03/13/2008: Mailed N-400 to NSC Again:

03/17/2008: N-400 was delivered again:
