I am ready to send all the documents to my fiance in America. She will be filing no later end of April. Will i just hold back and send them nearer the time or can i just send them now? I dont want any problems if i send them to early as some documents eg letter of intent, Biographic will be dated. Will it matter if the date is about 2- 3 weeks before she files?

Thanks

Makes no difference what date you put on them. It can be weeks or months before filing date.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Any reasonably currrent date on G325a or letter of intent is fine.

I think that there wouldn't be any problem with the date. Anyway if you prefer, you can file the documents with the date nearer to the submit date. Nice day.
