Printing Format

Ok, I apologize if this has been asked and answered before, but I cannot seem to find it...

Is there a certain way I must print all the documents being sent off for the K1 petition? One-sided, double sided (and if so, head-to-foot, or no?) With the support data like proof of emails, phone bills, etc., does USCIS prefer/need a certain format?

Thanks so much! :hehe:

At long last, this highly stressful leg of our journey has come to a close - for now - and we couldn't be more grateful and appreciative for all the tremendous help and support here on VJ! Without VisaJourney I doubt we would be where my husband and I are today! Thanks to all!

Hello,

I've never heard of any special formatting for anything. For your evidence you're submitting particularly, I don't think they care. When I printed emails and stuff like that, I just made sure that the date was still on them so it looked more legitimate and highlighted it.

The forms should probably print the right way by default. I wouldn't double-side anything if I were you. Just normal one print page per print sheet sort of style.

Summer 2001 - met my Scottish boy

December 18th, 2007 - proposal in Madrid's Botanical Gardens with a duck standing behind him going 'food?'

January 18th, 2008 - I-129F sent to VSC

January 31st, 2008 - received NOA1, issued Jan. 24 :)

February 24th, 2008 - NOA2; omgwtfbbqlolz

February 29th, 2008 - NVC letter sent

Just print everything on regular letter sized paper. A4 size which is used outside of the US is fine too. Avoid anything oversized.
