hello guys!!! i just wanna ask something bout the DS230 from, at the question number 30 from letter A to L, are the answer would be all NO? for example question letter A, An alien who has a communicable disease of public health significance, who has failed to present documnetation of having recieved vaccinations in accordance with US law, or an alien who is likely to become a public chanrger...etc etc, the answer would be NO right? pls help me guys....

your response would be highly appreciated..thank you....

CR1 VISA

TIMELINES:

February 27,2008--------NVC recieved the I-130 from USCIS

May 27,2008------------CASE COMPLETE!!

June 23,2008-------------MEDICAL EXAMINATION AT ST. LUKES (PASSED)

July 11,2008-------------INTERVIEW AT MANILA EMBASSY @ 6:30AM...( APPROVED, PINK SLIP ) THANK U LORD...

July 15,2008-------------VISA IN HAND....Thanks God!

July 22,2008-------------My flight to Michigan (Exciting.....)

July 23,2008-------------Arrived in Michigan, POE - Detroit

August 02,2008-------------Recieved my SSN CARD

August 09,2008-------------Recieved my GREEN CARD

You have to answer "yes" it it is true and"no" if it is not. We can not answer them for you as it pertains to your situation :innocent: . Good luck to you on your journey!!

your response would be highly appreciated..thank you....

Each question is about the individual visa applicant, you. As such the answers will be yes or no depending on how they apply to you. For example if you have a communicable disease of public health significance or any other thing listed, you answer yes. If not, you answer no.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
