pending nvc wile in the US as visitors

Timeline

Can my spouse adjust astatus in the US wile awaiting NVC disition in forign country. Or can she finish the interveiw part wile she is here on visit. say she came over on the visa waiver program. please help

Did you marry while she was here in the US? Do you currently have a petition being processed by the NVC? I assume you have USCIS approval since you said the NVC is processing? If this is the case then she will have to return to her country for the interview. If you were married abroad and she traveled her while you are married there is no way she can adjust status here, she will have to return for the interview, get her visa and then adjust status if it is the K3 you petitioned for. If it is the CR1 she will get her greencard after her interview and she returns to the US.

After seeing your timeline, yes she has to return to here country for the interview, make sure she does not overstay her I-94.

She may be able to visit but the interview and visa issuance will be at the Consulate abroad.
