So, I already sent the petition few weeks ago and right now I'm starting to read and learn about the steps I will have to take in the future. I know once my petition is approved and all the papers are sent to the embassy(Poland) I will have to sign a promise to fiance support my finance and provide poof of income. My questions are: Can I use a co-sponsor such as my father? I still live with my parents and we are fixing the second floor so me and my fiance can have our own little place. I will not pay any money for rent so I guess my father could be our co sponsor. One more, I just graduated from college and I'm searching for a job. I do some deliveries on weekends but nothing official. What if for some reason I will not be able to find a job and the time will come to send the financial proof. Would my application be rejected? Is there a certain period of time that I would have to be employed with one company before I send the papers? Do I have to make a certain amount of money or any kind of job, even part time would work in that case? Sorry, I know it is a lot of questions that I'm asking but you guys are my only help. Last one lol, if I mailed the petition at the beginning of march, when should I expect to get it approved? Thank you

If you father's income meets the 125% of the poverty line for a household that includes all of you in it plus your fiancee then he can be your co-sponsor. Basically USCIS wants to ensure that your fiance/wife will not become a dependent of the government so they want someone to guarantee that won't happen. If you don't have the income level on your own, then you can use a co-sponsor.

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to say how long it will take to get first the petition you file (i-129f) approved, and then secondly the K-1 approved, which is handled by the Consulate in your fiancee's country. You may wish to check the link on the top that says "processing times" and you can see what the averages are from the members on this site. Good luck.

Thanks. Just to make sure, if I already filed the petition, is there anything else that I will need to send here in the US. If I'm correct, the only thing left is to send some stuff to my fiance before the interview, such as poof of financial support. I don't have to send that financial proof to anybody here in United States? She will need that for her interview?

Send a copy of the NOA2, not the original. You'll need to keep the NOA2 later on to file AOS.

Now that you've mailed the application, just be patient. Nothing else you need to send to anyone here in the US. Just gather evidence of your relationship since filing (so she'll have something to bring with her to the interview).

Good luck :)
