The Vancouver consulate is great. The only problem we had is that the washrooms are on a different floor and you have to go through security again after you return from using the washroom.

But, other than that, they were friendly and helpful.

It should be a piece of cake.

My biggest concern is what to wear. I think I'll wear a dress with no pockets. I'll only bring my keys and my folder of paperwork. I'm going in there with the bare minimum of stuff.

goodluck. its easy.. dont even sweat. If you have a simple case you'll pass for sure. all they looked at were our pictures even though we brought like 3425246429734 pages of paper

I brought a small purse and had no problems. I had some make up, dental floss, hotel card key, money, lighter and cigarettes in it. They don't want any large bags or knapsacks brought in. And no cell phones or any other electronic devises.

Thanks a lot, everyone.

I haven't been able to talk to Lindsay much during the last couple weeks. She's been seeing all of her friends one last time before the interview. It's hard to believe that, after all of this time, the interview is in 2 days. I am going to be at a convention in New Orleans starting tomorrow, but I'm going to have my cell turned on, waiting for her to call. I'm sure it won't be a problem.

I can feel the stress in my shoulders.
