Hey everyone,

Well, I've been with my fiancee for the last 2 1/2 months in thailand. In the past year I've been with her 9 months out of 12. I love spending every second with her. Well, we just got our NOA 2 on March 10th and we want to get this process finished and get her the visa ASAP, so i was set to leave on april 1st, but now ive changed my flight to leave on march 26th so i can hurry up and get home and send out all the packets/gather all nexessary financial documents.

THIS SUCKS!!! :crying: BUT you gotta do whats necessary right/ and in the end this is the better choice yea?

we waited 4 1/2 months for the noa2, and every time i leave she gets depressed and cries for like 1 1/2 weeks on the phone, and this time i told her she doesnt have to worry bevcause we dont have to wait as long as we did for the noa2 and that as long as we do things quick we;ll get the interview quick.

i hope im right.....

any tips on how to make it easier for her/I? anything i can tell her?

thanks guys

You'll get there - after NOA2 things move a lot quicker so if you make sure you have everything ready beforehand then you can get things sent off with little delay :)

For the record I've spent six weeks with my OH in the past year :(

You could start by telling her that not many couples can spend so much time pre-entry with their SO! :) You've been very lucky to have spent so much time together. I know it's hard to part, but parting now and at your earliest is to both your advantage, since you can get that paperwork back and get your interview sooner! Remind her that this is your last time apart...that time will go quickly...yes she will cry, and be depressed, but think positive thoughts...keep your communication positive on this final road on your journey!

Best of luck for a speedy interview date!
