in my first e-mail she included my address too

I got e-mail , but she did not get auto response

then we did it second time and then she got auto response right away and then she got another auto response 5 hours after

Not that this has any bearing on the timeline, but could it be that the automated responses are being filtered out of the originator's inbox? It seems strange that an automated response would not be automatically sent to everyone. If you don't get the automated response, you might find one in your bulk folder, if you have one. That could be the answer as to why some people receive the automated response and others do not.

That's possible...but why would the ultimate reply from the NVC get through to the correct mail folder? I'm not an email expert so maybe there is some difference in the address formatting of the NVC automated reply that might send it to the bulk folder, while a "real" email gets to the correct destination.

Hi, when you use Shortcut to generate DS-3032 sheet, did you write down the Case Number at the CENTER on the top of the box says "Place Barcode Strip Here Before Mailing to the National Visa Center "? There is not too much space to write .

After the Barcode print out, where should we glue the barcode on this DS-3032? Does the place matter?

you dont need to email that letter. just write to them and tell them whoe you want your agent to be and their address...there is a sample some where here on vj of a letter to use. just put your case number in the subject line of your email.

do they send it right away or maybe after a few days?
