1 is it when u get the Noa1?????(( really silly ))

2is it when u get the Noa2????

3 is it when it is moved to the NVC????

When they approve your I-130, you get NOA2 and it is forwarded to NVC.They process it at NVC for couple of months and then forward it to the embassy. It results in CR1 visa which is for immigration because you get green card which is valid for 2 years.Read the guides, search this forum and the forum for CR1/IR1 and you'll find more information.Using Jame's shortcuts can be very helpful to shorten the time spent at NVC.

You have no timeline posted to help the other members in their own process or to better understand your circumsntances but if you haven't already filed an I-129F, doing so now would appear to serve only to delay the eventual CR1 visa for your spouse.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

if you filed for a K3, that means you are sending in 2 forms: the I-130 and the I-129F

It so happens that these two forms also work for other visas. The I129F is for a K1, and the I-130 is for the CR1

If they approve the I-130 and cancel the I-129F, that means that they are closing your K3 and making you get a CR1
