Hey guys am on the final stage of gathering all the documents to send to my fiance for her interview but am not sure if i should staple the forms like the DS-156 it has two pages and DS-156k one page and DS-230 part I and part II together four pages and the I-134 has two pages. So is it ok if I staple them or should i just use paper clips? your help is appreciated and thank you in advance.

Our Timeline:

08/20/07-----Mailed I-129F to CSC

08/21/07-----Recieved at CSC

09/26/07-----NOA1

02/06/08-----Touched (RFE Trick) and approved the same day.

02/07/08-----NOA2 VIA Cris E-mail

02/11/08-----NOA2 Hard Copy Recieved

02/25/08-----Received at NVC

02/27/08-----Left NVC

03/03/08-----Received at Embassy

04/03/08-----Interview! APPROVED!!! YEA YEA YEAH

04/08/08-----VISA In Hand!!!! WOOOO HOOOO!!!

04/18/08-----She's finally coming home POA IAD!!!

Do not use staples, paper clips are better, things need to be easily taken apart.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

For interview papers i believe they ask for some as you enter (guess each maybe different) so i would keep to where they are easy to reach and organized so u can get to them in a order you know

How would you organize them?

Do you have any suggestion?

I plan to do like this:

* I-134, DS-156, DS-156K and DS-157 (together)

* DS-2053, DS-3024, DS3025, DS3026 (all medical together)

* Tax transcript (and/or copy of 1040, W2, employer later (together)

* Birth certificate, police record (together)

* Phone records, calling card, e-mail, letters, post cards . . (together)

* Itinerary, boarding pass, hotel receipts . . . (together)

* Photo album by itself

Please give some idea to organize these papers.
