Just a quick question and I hope I will get some help from you.

I have been waiting for over a year now to know more about my case who is sitting in Nebraska since February 16th 2007.

I filed to remove conditions and as far as I know they have been working on case from february 10th.

M husband and I want to go to viit my family in Europe soon.

I just would like to know if some of you who filled around that date got an approval.

Many thanks

My NOA is two weeks ahead of yours and I've not ben approved yet. I've seen one approval that was a month before mine, so i'm going on the wild assumption that it's currently takeing 13 months to process and I SHOULD get something next week. I keep my signature and timeline up to date.

All posts are based on my experience and the law may have changed, or situations may be different, any information provided should be taken as a guideline and not as fact.

Has any of you tried to transfer from NSC to any other SC in the last couple of months? It seems like even that is not working.

I have an I-751 NOA 02/14/07, but moved from Chicago to California in December 2007. I submitted a Change of Address online, received the "confirmation" letter requesting that I send the AR-11 via mail. I did on 01/02/08, ever since nothing. I waited the 45 day period the ask for you to inquire anything (ridiculous!), submitted another Change of Address on 02/11/08, and I have received nothing. Either way, my original I-751 is obviously still pending, but I can't seem to be able to even get it out of Nebraska and bring it to California! Has anybody else tried to transfer out of Nebraska? Help! Thanks!

I didn't think you could make the decision that you want to be transfered. They say who is and who isn't. I thought.

I wish I could get transferred too from this stinking Nebraska "Service" Center .I guess the only way to escape from this Nebraska nightmare will be to move back to Canada, end of the story

no don't say that, we can't loose hope no matter how much trouble these folks have caused us......

you definetely came here for your love, and don't loose that over this, It'all end one day.....

NSC is not the greatest service center, I think they still trail TSC though, I think TSC have shown the worst experience for filers.....

I would personally stay put and once you are closer to your one year limit or over, get info pass and get stamped in your passport. I know some folks here have tough time gettting stamped, but hey like its said "you never know until you try" !!!!

I personally am gonna wait and it not approved, will go for temp stamp and apply for the citizenship.....

of course this is my opinion and you can take it at that......

Cheers

Agree, it's not like I requested it, I just thought if you moved they automatically transfer your paperwork to your local Service Center, but maybe they don't do that until they actually go through their "processing time". I filed on 02/14/07 and from what I've been redaing here people are not getting anything until at least 14 months or so.
