One thing you might notice is that USA paper sizes are different to the rest of us. Discovered this when Mike sent me a copy of our petition. It doesn;t fit it the UK std A4 plastic pockets LOL ;)

I had that doubt too when Charles submited the papers, mine were on A4 (more common here in Brazil) and his was letter (the one americans use more)

My husbands paperwork was A4 and that did not cause our RFE. The RFE response was on A4 also and we have had both of our petitions approved.

Here is an Offical respone from an Embassy, they emailed me packet 3 and we had to print out everything in her country Dear Sir,

You can print out the package on a letter size paper or A4.

They don't care what size paper the forms are printed on as long as all the required information is there. I printed my forms out in Australia where they use A4 and it never even occurred to me that that might be a problem, and it wasn't...

STAGE 3 - Lifting Conditions. Filing (19 Dec 2007) to Approval (December 11 2008)

STAGE 4 - CITIZENSHIP (filing under 5-year rule - residency start date on green card Jan 11th, 2006)
